Blue Essence Emporium is unavailable while the Riot Games team works on a fix. Thankfully, we have information on when we can expect the event to be available once again.

Why is Blue Essence Emporium Not Working?
The League of Legends Dev Team identified a problem with the Blue Essence Emporium that was causing trouble with the League of Legends shop. The devs have temporarily disabled it while investigating and addressing Error -1 and Error 900.

When Will the Blue Essence Emporium Be Back?
The developers are moving quickly to resolve the problem. According to an update from Riot’s official @LoLDev Twitter account:
"Should be turned back on at 21:00 UTC / 1:00 PM Pacific!"
This means players won’t have to wait long before diving back into the Emporium to spend their Blue Essence.
