Of course, the LoL community isn’t happy, as the release coincides with new changes to Hextech chests and Honor capsules. Riot Games is taking a new approach by no longer giving away free skins and instead requiring players to purchase battle passes. As you may have noticed, only one of the listed skins in the skin line is available for purchase without a battle pass. This makes obtaining skins both expensive and time-consuming. The new management at Riot Games certainly wasted no time in getting on the community’s bad side...
