You can find Parrots in jungles, bamboo jungles, and sparse jungle biomes as they usually spawn in groups of 1-2. They usually fly around leaves or grass blocks.
How to Tame Parrots in Minecraft

You can tame a Parrot by feeding it any of the following kinds of seeds:
- Wheat Seeds
- Melon Seeds
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Beetroot Seeds
- Torchflower Seeds
Once tamed, Parrots can perch on your shoulders. You can also make it sit down and stand up. Tamed Parrots follow you and can teleport next to you if there is a distance of 12 blocks between you and the Parrot.
Can You Breed Parrots in Minecraft?
Very sad news as players can't breed Parrots in Minecraft. There is only an adult form and even if you feed two adult Parrots, nothing will happen.
