Activision recently announced the mid-season update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone, bringing new content across multiplayer, zombies and battle royale. New 6v6 Rio Map & Game Modes
The highlight of Season 1 Reloaded is the new 6v6 map called Rio. Set in Brazil, Rio brings frantic close-quarters combat across an upscale shopping center and surrounding areas. Players will battle through the mall, cafes, streets and even a tram station.
In addition to the new map, Modern Warfare 3 receives three new multiplayer modes:
- Team Gunfight - 6v6 battles across standard maps with randomized loadouts.
- Headquarters - Secure the objective and defend it while enemies have no respawns.
- Infected - One player starts as infected and must "turn" the survivors.

The Boys Crossover Event
A limited-time crossover event brings elements from the TV series The Boys into multiplayer. The Boys mode is a suped-up take on Kill Confirmed with temporary power-ups.
Players can also complete The Boys: Supe Siege event challenges to unlock cosmetic rewards and The Boys LMG weapon blueprint. Rewards include calling cards, emblems, double XP tokens and more.

Ranked Play Arrives
Competitive players can now take their skills to Ranked Play, which mirrors the Call of Duty League ruleset and maps.
- Ranked Play unlocks at level 55, allowing players to rise through the ranks for exclusive rewards.
- Ranked Play introduces skill divisions (Bronze to Iridescent) and competitive modes like CDL Hardpoint and Search & Destroy.

New Warlord In Zombies
A new zombies warlord named Dokkaebi joins the fight in Season 1 Reloaded, bringing heavily fortified defenses and autonomous drones. Defeating Dokkaebi unlocks high-tier loot for your troubles.

Warzone Gets New Objectives
Several new events shake up battle royale in Season 1 Reloaded, including:
- Champion's Quest - A multi-part quest challenges squads to trigger an explosive finale.
- NVG Gulag - Fight in the dark during this NVG Gulag event.
- Weapon Case - Battle for control of a Weapon Case with exclusive rewards.
- Covert Exfil - Extract early using valuable Covert Exfils at Buy Stations.
