Monster Hunter Wilds Guide: Guardian Rathalos Armor Set Stats and How to Get

The Guardian Rathalos Armor Set is one of the Low Rank armor sets in Monster Hunter Wilds. It is a set that can be crafted by hunting the Construct monster, Guardian Rathalos, which can be found in the Ruins of Wyveria. The Guardian Rathalos armor set gives a total of 130 base defense with additional resistances to Fire, Water, and Ice. However, it also lowers your resistance to Thunder and Dragon. In addition, the Guardian Rathalos set comes equipped with the Weakness Exploit and Intimidator Skills to help increase affinity when you attack weakpoints and wounds and reduce the chance of small monsters attacking you when you’re noticed. It is also one of the few Low Rank armor sets that have decoration slots on its Chest, Arms, Waist, and Leg pieces. The Guardian Rathalos armor set also grants you the Scorcher skill when you have 2 or 4 pieces of it equipped. This skill gives you a chance to deal additional fire damage when landing an attack, making it a great way to boost your damage.
