• In the first panel of the chapter, we see the whole Todoroki family together. Rei and Fuyumi have burns on their faces, while Enji is covered in bandages. They have all come to see Toya and put an end to what they have been through.
• The doctors say Dabi is slowly moving towards his death.
• Enji says that he wanted to talk with Toya even before the war and that the hero Endeavor died in flames. This way, Enji announces his retirement.
• Toya snaps back at him, calling him a coward for speaking to him only after everything (the war) is over.
• All Enji can do is agree with his son and humbly ask him if they could talk every day, even though Toya hates him. This panel illustrates Endeavor without the bandages and Toya as a child, which finally shows us a potential future for their relationship.

• Fuyumi and Rei also want to keep talking with Toya, but a nurse says that's enough for today since he should be wary of his heart and not overstimulate it.
• Shoto says that there is one more thing he would like to ask. Then he asks Toya what his favorite food is.
• Toya replies to his brother and says "soba," and Shoto says that's his favorite as well.
• Touched by this, Toya starts crying. He remembers the tough battle he and his brother had and starts apologizing to him. Shoto assures him that their paths will cross again.

• Natsu says to his father that he doesn't have any intention of meeting him anymore. He will marry his girlfriend but doesn't want to introduce her. Enji understands and apologizes to him again.

• The scene then moves to Hawks, who is talking to Nagant. Nagant tells him that she wants to stay in prison for a while by her own choice. She is still afraid that she might get used again.
• Gentle and La Brava are crying from happiness since they are released for the contribution they made during the battle.
• Hawks is now the president of PSC (Public Safety Commission).
• Spinner is alive! The chapter ends with him lying in a hospital when the door to his room opens, but that's all we see for now.
