MHA Season 7 Episode 15: Recap
In his Body Bulk form, Spinner was heading toward Kurogiri to complete the mission given to him by All For One. Along the way, he remembered his connection with Tomura and what made him so devoted to him. Shigaraki was the one who gave Spinner meaning in his life, so naturally, he was using all the power he had left to help his leader.
However, Voice was right behind him the whole time and called out Shirakumo's name. The hero was desperately trying to wake up his friend, but Spinner was quick to place Shigaraki's hand on Kurogiri's face, waking him up. With that, All For One's wish was fulfilled.

It was a powerful moment, seeing the heteromorphs realize that what they were doing was wrong. Although their revolution started due to the way they had been treated and discriminated against, they concluded that hurting innocent people for that was wrong. With their new determination to spread awareness of their tough lives and exclusion, the rebellion was quelled.

At this point in the battle, the villains are clearly gaining the upper hand thanks to All For One's plan. With Kurogiri's quirk now active, Dabi finally got what he wanted and was teleported to the area where All For One and Endeavor had been fighting. Not only that, but Toga finally used Jin's blood to create millions of clones that drastically outnumbered the heroes.
