The episode starts off at the UA Coffin, where Shigaraki was teleported to face off against high-ranking heroes including Deku, Bakugo, Monoma, Eraser, and others. Shigaraki surprises everyone by activating a body extension that allows him to multiply his fingers thousands of times without using any quirk.

Additionally, the sudden delay of Midoriya's arrival slows down the heroes' plan, which had been going well. Aizawa learns that Deku was caught by Himiko at Okuto Island, and he realizes that if Monoma switches from Erasure to Warp even for a second and Shigaraki uses Decay through all these fingers, they will all die. Midoriya has to find his own way to the UA Coffin.

We then see what is happening at Okuto Island. Ochaco, Deku, and Tsuyu face off against Toga, who suddenly confesses her feelings to Midoriya after so long. This confuses Deku as he struggles to understand how her feelings of affection make her want to bring pain to the one she loves.

Even though he is hesitant, Deku finally leaves the island alone after Ochaco and Tsuyu convince him they can handle the current fight. In order to move quickly, Midoriya tries to activate the Second User's Quirk. However, the Second User appears and interferes, warning him that such power should not be used irresponsibly and that he has to trust his friends.

We then see the fight between Dabi, Todoroki, and Endeavour's sidekicks. The battle between the two brothers is indeed going to be spectacular, but it will also reveal more about Dabi's past, which is still unknown. The episode ends with Todoroki asking Dabi why he never returned home even though he was alive. As he begins to tell his little brother how he became what he is, we see Dabi's skin rotting. More of our questions will be answered next week.
