Finding the Narwhal can be a daunting task if you don't have the right information. To acquire this remarkable vessel, you must head to Neon. Neon is situated within the Volii System, specifically on Volii Alpha. Upon your arrival in the main area of Neon, known as the promenade, take a left turn.
Continue down the promenade until you reach the Ryujin Industries HQ. Proceed to the elevator at the rear of the building and press the button labeled Taiyo Astroneering. This establishment is a specialized shipbuilder, where you can exclusively obtain their ship components, including the Narwhal itself. However, be prepared to dig deep into your pockets as the Narwhal comes with a hefty price tag of approximately 450,000 Credits. To secure a discount on the purchase price, prioritize enhancing your Commerce skill. Fully leveling up this skill will grant you a 20% discount on any items you buy.
Inside Taiyo Astroneering, follow the corridor, make a left turn, and then another left to reach the main showroom. Here, you'll encounter Veronica Young, who fulfills a role similar to a Ship Services Technician, allowing you to both buy and sell ships.
