Once Human - All Pickaxes & How To Craft Them

Although you can't really use a pickaxe during boss fights in Once Human, it is still an extremely valuable tool that can help you mine all kinds of necessary resources. Materials, such as wood, ores, and stone, are essential for crafting armor and weapons.

However, be aware that although you can upgrade your pickaxe to mine faster, some resources will require you to have a specific type of tool in order to obtain them. Keep reading to see the different types of pickaxes in Once Human.

Once Human All Pickaxes

Copper Pickaxe

The Copper Pickaxe is used to mine Tin and Silver Ore. You can craft it at the Supplies Workbench.

Crafting Materials:

• 5 Logs
• 7 Copper Ingots
• 2 Hides

Crude Pickaxe

The Crude Pickaxe is the most basic tool in this category, and it is generally used to obtain Sulfur and Copper ore.

Crafting Materials:

• 5 Logs
• 10 Gravel

Steel Pickaxe

The Steel Pickaxe is strong enough to mine Aluminum and Iron Ore. You can craft it at the Intermediate Supplies Workbench.

Crafting Materials:

• 10 Steel Ingots
• 3 Rawhide

Bronze Pickaxe

You will need the Bronze Pickaxe if you want to get Iron and Stardust Ore. Before crafting it, don't forget to unlock the Bronze Crafting Memetic.

Crafting Materials:

• 5 Logs
• 7 Bronze Ingots
• 1 Hide

Alloy Pickaxe

Once you have learned how to make Aluminum Ingots, you will be able to unlock the Alloy Pickaxe. You can use it to mine Tungsten Ore.

Crafting Materials:

• 10 Aluminum Ingots
• 7 Steel Ingots
• 3 Rawhide

Tungsten Alloy Pickaxe

The Tungsten Alloy Pickaxe is the strongest one in the game. This is the only way to mine Gold Ore, and you have to use the Advanced Workbench to build it.

Crafting Materials:

• 10 Tungsten Ingots
• 7 Steel Ingots
• 3 Rawhide

Once Human Can You Repair Pickaxes

Unfortunately, Once Human does not give you the opportunity to fix your pickaxe if it's broken. However, each of these tools has a Durability meter that you can keep track of and see whether it's close to breaking.

If you're farming materials, such as Logs and Copper Ore, you have nothing to worry about; if your pickaxe breaks, you can easily make a new one. However, once you start mining resources higher than Iron Ore, you will have some trouble crafting so many high-tier pickaxes because the required materials are way more and they are difficult to find.

Each pickaxe in Once Human is used to mine only certain materials. Always make sure that you are using the right tool; otherwise, you will only be wasting its Durability with zero results at the end.
