Quests are hands-down one of the best features in Once Human, as they give you the opportunity to explore the map, solve puzzles, and earn amazing rewards. However, challenges like the Strange Empty House have the potential to confuse even the most seasoned players.

The Strange Empty House quest will only become available after you get close to Chalk Peak at level 32 or above. The first thing you need to do is speak to the NPC called Jeremiah. Now it's time to take a look at all the steps required to complete the Strange Empty House quest in Once Human.

You can find Jeremiah in front of the Tall Grass Inn. He will ask you to track down a house that keeps vanishing mysteriously. Jeremiah's theory is that there is a Deviant inside that is causing it to disappear. Additionally, he will give you four locations, and you will have to check each one of them carefully because the house changes its position around the map.

Be aware that when you find the house, you will either see it on the ground or standing on large legs. If you find yourself in the second situation, simply shoot the legs so it can fall and you can jump in. The quest will lead into another one called Hale's Moving House, which you can also complete at level 8.

Whether you are playing the Strange Empty House or Hale's Moving House, the process will remain the same. You need to enter the house, shoot the hands at the entrance and the nearby mural to release the glowing orbs, and track down random objects by pressing Q before shooting them as well. This will cause energy to flow and return to the front of the house.

Completing this quest will reward you with Stardust Source, Controllers, Acid, and the Disco Ball Deviant. The latter is especially useful since it can disorient enemies with its bright lights. If you happen to stumble upon the house in Evergreen Vineyards, don't hesitate to pick up the Voodoo Doll Deviant as well.
