The ATV is a Tier II vehicle that can be accessed once you have unlocked the Four-Wheeler node in the Memetics screen. Click on the Buldings screen, then look under the Garage line. You need to have both Garage and Modification I, so make sure you have access to enough Energy Links and meme points. The All-Terrain Vehicle is a Jeep with a lot of mobility. It is faster than the basic motorcycle, it has better handling, and 12 slots worth of trunk space. Here are the ATV's most important stats:

• Speed: 3.3
• Handling: 4.2
• Fuel Capacity: 6000

This vehicle has high health and fuel capacity, which makes it perfect for moving through all kinds of environments, especially those where taking damage is basically unavoidable. Additionally, it has a lot of seats, which will allow your passengers to shoot while the ATV is in motion.
