• At the Elbaf ship, everyone is celebrating. Oimo and Kashii are talking about how, after the events in Water Seven two years ago, they went to Little Garden and saw Dorry and Brogy, whose weapons were destroyed due to the use of "Hakoku" when fighting the "Island Eater."
• It turns out that Dorry and Brogy came to Elbaf for new weapons because, without them, they won't be able to continue their fight.
• Nami asks if they are really going to continue their duels, to which they reply "yes." Everyone laughs while Nami says, "I can't," and drinks on her own.
• Sanji comments that the alcohol everyone is drinking is too strong, and it turns out to be absinthe called "Green Fairy." A giant warns everyone that it could even cause hallucinations.
• Kuma is smiling while Bonney sits on his lap, excited to finally watch the horizon with him.

• The scene shifts to "Galter Island"—the place where Bartolomeo burned Shanks' flag one month ago. Bartolomeo is now tied up and kneeling before Shanks, clearly beaten by the Red Hair Pirates.
• Shanks tells Bartolomeo that forgiving him would mean the Red Hair Pirates would lose their authority and endanger all islands and friends under his flag.
• Bartolomeo cries and apologizes to him.
• Hongo hands him a small bottle of poison and tells him he has a month to make "Straw Hat Luffy" drink it. The poison causes blood to burst from the victim’s body, leading to an agonizing death.
• The Barto Club Pirates protest, insisting that Luffy and the others have nothing to do with this.
• Shockingly, Bartolomeo grabs the bottle and drinks it, crying and lamenting that he wanted to see Luffy become the Pirate King but now won’t because he's an idiot.
• It turns out that the bottle didn't contain poison after all, and Shanks lets them all go.

• Later, Bartolomeo tells Gambia that he expected Shanks to be terrifying because of his Yonkou status, but he turned out to be very naive.
• Back on the "Red Force," Beckman sees Shanks smiling to himself and asks what it's about.
• Shanks says he's glad to see Luffy has people who care so much for him. At that moment, Yasopp comes and shoots his rifle at the "Going Luffy-senpai."
• Bartolomeo's ship is destroyed, and the fate of the pirates on board is unknown.

• Back at Hachinosu, Blackbeard is in a meeting with his crew, excited and ready to search for the One Piece with Teach.
• The giant skull has some damage from Garp and Koby's attacks and is controlled by Pizarro. Sanjuan Wolf is helping with the city's reconstruction but is accidentally destroying more buildings due to his size.
• Blackbeard is angry at Pizarro for allowing Koby and Moria to escape, but at least they captured Garp.
• Garp is alive and chained up in a cell. Pudding is also there, forcibly attending the meeting.
• Blackbeard then calls Laffitte, who is at the "Naval Company UMIT Shipping Headquarters" observing the Revolutionary Army's movements to disrupt supplies to Mary Geoise.
• Blackbeard reminds him not to forget the so-called "preparations" they have planned.

• At the same time, Caribou, Catarina Devon, and Augur arrive at Hachinosu and are brought directly to the meeting by the island's arm.
• We return to the Elbaf ship. It has been two days since they departed from Egghead, but they still haven't arrived at Elbaf.
• Everyone is waking up from their drunken dreams, only to discover that the Thousand Sunny, along with Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji, and Chopper, has disappeared.
• Everyone on the ship is confused and worried. Dorry and Brogy say they must find them, or there’s no way they can continue to Elbaf like this. Robin suggests they might have been eaten by a fish.
• The chapter ends with someone telling Nami to wake up. Nami, still a little hungover from the party, wakes up alone in a large room built from what seems to be LEGO pieces. She is wearing Viking armor and carries a sword.
• A new adventure awaits.
