The well-known hero shooter game, Overwatch 2, is gearing up to launch a fresh map in the forthcoming Season 7. The new Control map, dubbed SAMOA, is scheduled to be showcased during the Overwatch League Grand Finals on the first day of October.

SAMOA is a map with a tropical theme, adorned with palm trees and encircled by an enormous body of water. The design and aesthetics of the map suggest a Samoan influence, sparking speculation among fans that it might be the homeland of the anticipated Tank hero Mauga.
