• Good knockback, but incompatible with tanks

The utility can be useful, but its relevance and synergy with other abilities does not allow him to excel in comparison to other tank hero ultimates.

Minefield

• Very situational

Only works into compositions that are not fit to counter it as cleave damage can easily destroy his mines.

Self-Destruct

• Great damage and zoning

If used correctly, this ultimate can influence important teamfights as the constant threat of D.Va jumping out of her mech whilst still being able to deal damage can shake up the positioning of the enemy team.

Terra Surge

• Inconsistent, but still potent

A great tool in combination with other ultimates as a good team composition can look into executing a combo that can wipe out the entire enemy team.

Rampage 

• Antiheal, damage, but very easily denied from gaining much value if targeted

Very situational as it gets blocked by a lot of hero abilities, although at its best it can surely win any tough fight.

Meteor Strike

• Reliable engage tool with good enough damage

Nothing too flashy as landing the center of the ultimate on a target can be quite challenging but it can be a good gap closer if timed right with your teammates.

Annihilation

• Hard to counter as it boosts your engage

A very high chance of success, but optimal in specific situations as the enemy team can easily peel you so that you don't gain much value from using it. 

Graviton Surge

• Great success against all kinds of compositions

Although the enemy team might be able to counter it, if utilized effectively, this ultimate can synergize with your teammates' abilities to completely wipe out your opponents as it can be the difference in a do or die situation. 

Earthshatter

• Similar to Graviton Surge

You can exploit weak spots as this ultimate barely has any substantial counters with its utility offering either targeting the entire enemy team or just getting a crucial pick onto a carry. 

Primal Rage

• Great mobility and enemy disruption

High skill ceiling as you can disrupt the enemy backline, but you are susceptible to being focused by damage heroes as your big hitbox might put you in a difficult situation.

Gravitic Flux

• Flexible with great impact

It has many counters, but can help teammates to oneshot enemies mid-air and can be utilized for solo picks or teamfights.
