These events in Overwatch 2 allow players to relive the original 6v6 gameplay, complete with the initial heroes, their original abilities, and maps. Each event highlights specific periods from Overwatch history, reviving popular and sometimes infamous gameplay eras.

Are you wondering when Overwatch Classic will be launched? This limited-time event will be released on November 12 and it will last until December 2.

Overwatch Classic Heroes and Abilities 

At the beginning Overwatch launched with 21 unique heroes and 12 fun maps, each offering four game modes. The gameplay was known for its high-risk, high-reward nature, where players could stack six tanks, or set multiple turrets.

During Overwatch: Classic, heroes are grouped into their four original classes—Offense, Defense, Tank, and Support

The abilities will be reverted to their original versions and ultimate charge times, will be reduced for extra fun. Health pools and damage outputs will be back to their classic state, mimicking the pre-Overwatch 2 feel.
