Menasting is one of the most powerful Pals in Palworld, boasting high defense and strong ground and dark-type attacks. As a dual lumbering and mining Pal, Menasting also excels at base development. With the right parents, players can breed their own ultimate Menasting. In this article, you will find all the information you need to know on how to catch and breed Menasting in Palworld.
Where to Find Menasting in Palworld
Menasting has two spawn locations:
- The level 44 Alpha Menasting boss inside the Dessicated Mineshaft dungeon. Located in the northern desert, with the dungeon entrance at coordinates 516, and 101. Prepare dragon or grass-type Pals for this fight.
- Rare spawn at Wildlife Sanctuary No. 2 on the southwest corner of the map. Fly or swim to this remote island to try catching Menasting.

- Penking x Blazamut

- Mossanda x Shadowbeak
- Nitewing x Paladius
Pal Name | Breeding Combination | Parent 1 | Parent 2 |

Once you select compatible parents, add them to a Breeding Farm with cake to encourage breeding. After a while, you should receive a Menasting egg which can be hatched in an incubator.

Why Menasting is So Powerful
In addition to well-balanced stats, Menasting possesses the useful Steel Scorpion partner skill. This buffs player defense and electric Pal item drops.
Its ground and dark attacks like Rock Lance, Nightmare Ball, and Stone Cannon deal devastating damage. Passives like Artisan, Earth Emperor, and Lord of the Underworld boost work speed, and ground/dark damage respectively.
Finally, Menasting's lumbering and mining competencies remain valuable for late-game base building. No wonder it's considered one of the best all-round Pals in the game!
