Free Gear Removal Item Information
The free gear removal item was one of the new things introduced with Update 8.60, which allows players to remove and swap gear for completely free, basically working in the same way as the Free Gear Removal Event, but it can be used at any time.
The community was quite happy with the addition of this new item, but as usual, there were some minor things that had to be explained further, which this RAID Digest is doing.
The things players should know about this item are the following:
- Free Gear Removal Items obtained from Cursed City have a 99-day claim duration. The Free Gear Removal Items received from the update gift have a different claim duration.
- Redistributed rewards for Cursed City stages after the inclusion of Free Gear Removal
- Plans to rework the design for the Free Gear Removal pop-up screen. No more annoying clicking every time you don’t want to use a Free Gear Removal.

Fixes
This time around, RAID didn’t forget to mention that they have not, in fact, forgotten about the upcoming fix to the Slayer Artifact Set, which should’ve capped the repeated damage to Aoe Skills only, and are planning to push that fix with the next major update.
One of the newly added champions in update 8.60, Yncensa Grail-bearer, can place a [Poison Cloud] buff on an ally, which, as of right now, can be extended.
This proved to be quite powerful, and in one of the future updates, the developers are going to make it so that the [Poison Cloud] applied by Yncensa Grail-bearer won’t be extendable. This is going to balance out the champion a bit more, but given that Yncensa is great overall, it is unlikely to impact her rating on the tier lists.

Events
The final news shared during this RAID Digest has to do with a new type of Tournament, and some welcomed additions to Clan vs Clan.
To start with the tournaments, it was announced that we’d be getting Unique Tournaments, which will aim to put the spotlight on the new Epic Empowerment feature added in 8.60.
These Unique Tournaments will take the form of Classic Dungeon Tournaments, during which you’ll only be able to use Epic Champions. This is certainly an interesting way to get the community to interact with the new feature, and it might push some people into building some forgotten Epic Champions in order to get some nice rewards.
The other piece of news that we received was that the next iteration of the Clan vs. Clan Tournament will once again feature Personal Rewards, meaning that you will once again have a good chance of securing yourself some nice and easy-to-obtain prizes.
