Summary
All in all, the balance changes seem interesting and we can't wait to see how the changes to both the Zeal and Impulse set will affect some champions and teams.
The buffs for both Minaya and Queen Eva are rightfully deserved, especially Queen Eva as she was doing pretty poorly before this. It is interesting to see if these Champions will see more play with their new buffs and if they will find their places somewhere in the meta.
That is all for the balance changes for Update 8.40. We'll keep you updated with any new information, so keep your eyes peeled for that.
