Earlier today April 2, 2024, RAID: Shadow Legends announced that players will be welcoming an Awakening Boost event early this week that will double the percent chance of getting 6-star Perfect Souls.

Awakening Boost Event Date and Duration
The Awakening Boost Event is one of the first events to start in April and will have the following run time:

The event will last for a total of three days and during this time the players will have an increased chance of getting 6-star Perfect Souls from Soulstones.

Awakening Boost Event Explained
During the Awakening Boost Event, Mortal and Immortal Soulstones will have double the chance of giving you a 6-star Perfect Soul.
NOTE: This increase is only tied to the Rank of the Soulstone. The percent for Rarity remains the same.
Normally, drop rates for 6-star Perfect Souls are not that high. Having them double is a great way to make your champions more powerful. Even so, that doesn't mean that it will be easy. You will still need a bit of luck and a lot of Soulstones to benefit from this event.
Given that the event will last a total of 3 days you'll have a good opportunity to use up your saved Mortal and Immortal Soulstones as double rates do not come that often and is a great way to aim for some 6-star Soulstones for your Champions.
