The latest Fragment Champion has hit RAID: Shadow Legends with Update 8.40 and it's none other than Eostrid Dreamsong.
To get Eostrid Dreamsong, however, you’ll have to ready your resources so that you can gather all of the 100 Fragments needed to summon her from the Fragment Summon.

Fragment Event Calendar Explained
The Fragment Event Calendar this time around will last for a total of 13 days starting from April 4th and ending on April 17th.
During the Fragment Event, there will be a total of 16 activities players can participate in to get all of the needed Fragment Shards for Eostrid Dreamsong.
There will be 8 Tournaments and 8 Events. The full breakdown looks something like this:

If you manage to complete all of the Tournaments and all Events you’ll be sitting at a total of 130 Fragments, which will be more than enough to secure yourself a copy of Eostrid Dreamsong.
Note that 20 of these Fragments can only be received through Tournament Leaderboards, however, given that you only need a total of 100 Fragments to get her, you can save yourself the trouble of fighting for the leaderboard and just try to do the events.
