What is Free Gear Removal
Free Gear Removal is just as the name implies a period of time in which you can swap or remove artifacts and accessories without having to spend any Silver whatsoever.
During this time you have the full freedom of swapping around gear from various Champions to test out new builds or strategies, without having to worry about spending your hard-earned Silver.
This is an event that is going to be more useful for beginner players, allowing them to keep their Silver, however, it is also a good way to save some Silver for veterans as well, so everyone is incentivized to try it out and fiddle with their gear during the Free Gear Removal’s duration.

Free Gear Removal Schedule
The Free Gear Removal is currently live and started today March 31 09:00 UTC.
The event will run until April 4 (Thursday), still giving players a couple of days to test out various new artifact layouts for their Champions.
Both new and veteran players can make use of the Free Gear Removal to save themselves a bit of silver so do not be afraid of swapping around artifacts.
