Free Gear Removal Duration
The free gear removal event starts today, May 29th, and will continue for a whopping 4 days all the way until Sunday. Here is the full duration of the event:

This gives you more than enough time to swap artifacts around and try to get your strongest champions decked out in the best gear, so if you’ve been struggling with clearing certain modes, now is the best time to experiment with different gear options.

Rules and How to Play
As with any Free Gear Removal event, there are no strict rules for this one. All you need to know is that you will be able to swap around or remove artifacts from your Champions for a total cost of 0 silver.
Usually, when you remove a piece of equipment, you will be asked to pay a fee of silver, which only gets worse the higher the rarity of the artifact. When you have to do that for several champions, it can really drain your silver and impact your progression.
However, during the Free Gear Removal event, that pesky fee is reduced to 0, meaning that you won’t have to break the bank when trying out new builds for your champions, making this one of the best times to try out new champions.
Given that the event will last for a total of four days, this gives you more than enough time to try out countless combinations, so make sure to make the most of it.
To participate in this event, all you need to do is follow these steps:
- Open [RAID]
- Go to [Champions]
- Select [Champion]
- Select [Artifact]
- Click [Remove]
When you do this, there will be no cost associated with removing the artifact, giving you free rein over how you want to deck out your Champions.
