Loki the Deceiver is a Legendary Champion that was added in the Asgard Divide update in RAID: Shadow Legends. The nice thing about Loki is that he is actually a free champion, which was given to anyone who participated in the Loki Chase event. Being free while also being a decent champion makes Loki the Deceiver a fan favorite and a champion that you started seeing on many accounts. His ability to support the whole team with his buffs and Veils made Loki a staple choice when facing the Hydra or trying to survive in the Arena. If you’ve gotten him during the Loki Chase event and are wondering how to build him, well, look no further!

Loki is a Legendary Spirit champion from the Barbarians faction who takes on the role of a Support. He is a decent support thanks to his ability to work around the Veil and Perfect Veil buffs, which also allow him to proc the Evade effect unique to him. Loki’s passive effectively allows him to stay under the [Perfect Veil] buff throughout the whole fight, while also providing him with the unique Evade effect, which, as the name implies, gives Loki the chance to evade an enemy’s skill and its accompanying effect. This makes Loki a true nuisance to get rid of and a nightmare to fight against. But it only gets worse if you look at the remainder of his skills.

His A3, for example, allows Loki to steal all buffs from a target and their whole Turn Meter, and it gets even better because this can’t be resisted if Loki is under the [Veil] or [Perfect Veil] buffs. To top it off, the skill also places a 50% ATK increase on the whole team, making it one loaded ability.

Couple this with his A2, which is either able to control an enemy with [Block Active Skills] and [Block Buffs] debuffs, or heal an ally for 50% of Loki’s MAX HP while also buffing them, and you have an unkillable team.

There is no doubt that Loki the Deceiver is an amazing champion to have on your account. He is not only a great support, but he is also free for anyone who’s played during the event, making Loki an accessible champion for almost any player!
