Galleus Bloodcrest is the newest Mythic Champion to join the RAID roster in Update 8.50. Due to some issues with his damage, Galleus Bloodcrest’s release was delayed a bit, but as of today, May 16, he’s live in the game, and players can prepare their Shards to try and get him.
In this article, we’ll go over all of Galleus Bloodcrest’s skills in both forms to help you get a better idea of whether you should try to get this Champion or not.

Galleus Bloodcrest is a Defense Mythic Champion from the Skinwalkers faction. As with any other Mythic champion, he has both forms, and his playstyle changes drastically based on which form he’s in.

Galleus Bloodcrest Base Form
In his Base Form, Galleus Bloodcrest takes on the role of a counterattack defender who can dish out serious damage from his counterattacks, and A1, which, when used in a counterattack, deals damage that is scaled with Galleus Bloodcrest’s DEF stat and the enemy’s MAX HP.
On top of that, he can also place a revive the whole team thanks to his A3, and finally, he has a really nasty passive skill that once again adds to his counterattack-focused hit, which reflects 50 or 100% of the damage Galleus receives while also healing 50% of the damage received.
All in all, in his Base Form Galleus Bloodcrest is quite the force to be reckoned with and is an annoying foe to deal with.

Galleus Bloodcrest Base Form Skills
A1
Wing Clip
- Description:
- Attacks 1 enemy.
- Places a 30% [Decrease SPD] debuff for 2 turns. When counterattacking, the damage inflicted by this skill is based on this Champion’s DEF and the enemy’s MAX HP.
- Level Effects:
- Lvl.2 - Damage +20%
- Lvl.3 - Ignore RES +20%
A2
Cutting Jibe
- Description:
- Attacks all enemies.
- Places a [Provoke] debuff for 1 turn. If the target is a Boss, places a [Provoke] debuff for 2 turns instead.
- Also places an [Unkillable] buff on this Champion for 1 turn and a [Counterattack] buff on them for 2 turns.
- Cooldown: 3 Turns
- Level Effects:
- Lvl.2 - Damage +20%
- Lvl.3 - Ignore RES +20%

Bloodcrest's Call
- Description:
- Fully restores all allies destroyed MAX HP.
- Also places a [Revive On Death] buff and a 60% [Increase DEF] buff on all allies for 2 turns.
- Cooldown: 4 Turns

Metamorph
- Transforms this Champion into their Alternate Form.
- Then grants an Extra Turn.
- Cooldown: 4 Turns.
Passive
Rule the Roost
- Reflects 50% of the damage this Champion receives back to the attacker.
- If the attacker is a Boss, reflects 100% of the damage this Champion receives and also heals this Champion by 50% of the damage received.

Galleus Bloodcrest Alternate Form
In his Alternate Form, Galleus Bloodcrest is more suited to dealing damage while also applying a strong Decrease DEF buff, which is also required for all of his skills to deal more damage.
Given that his Alternate Form is quite reliant on the Decrease DEF buff to work properly, it definitely has more restrictions than Galleus’ base form but can also be used in completely different scenarios that require more damage.
His Alternate Form also has some turn order manipulation, which, when combined with a passive that resets the CD of his A2 and A3 abilities, makes him a great choice for PvP and some multi-enemy fights.

- Description:
- Attacks 1 enemy.
- Places an extra hit on all enemies under [Decrease DEF] debuffs.
- Level Effects:
- Lvl.2 - Damage +20%
A2
Sundered Sky
- Description:
- Attacks all enemies.
- Before attacking, places a 60% [Decrease DEF] debuff for 2 turns. Damage increases by 10% for each enemy under a [Decrease DEF] debuff.
- Also steals 20% of the Turn Meter from each enemy.
- Cooldown: 3 Turns
- Level Effects:
- Lvl.2 - Damage +20%
- Lvl.3 - Ignore RES +20%

Sonic Torture
- Description:
- Attacks all enemies.
- Damage increases by 15% for each buff on each target.
- Decreases the duration of all enemy buffs by 2 turns.
- Cooldown: 4 Turns
- Level Effects:
- Lvl.2 - Damage +20%
- Lvl.3 - Ignore RES +20%
A4
Metamorph
- Transforms this Champion into their Base Form.
- Then grants an Extra Turn.
- Cooldown: 4 Turns.
Passive
Enrobed in Gore
- Enemies under a [Decrease DEF] debuff cannot place [Stun], [Sleep], [Fear], [True Fear], [Provoke], [Freeze] or [Petrification] debuffs on this Champion.
- Resets the Cooldown of the Sundered Sky skill if an enemy under a [Decrease DEF] debuff is killed by that skill.
- Also resets the cooldown of the Sonic Torture skill if an enemy under a [Decrease DEF] debuff is killed by that skill.

Summary
All in all, Galleus Bloodcrest is a great unit to have for almost any type of content thanks to his two forms, which excel at completely different scenarios and give you two Champions in one.
Galleus Bloodcrest in his base form is great against Clan Boss, and as seen from several content creators’ videos, his damage was so broken that he had to sit on the bench for a bit more.
On the other hand, his Alternate Form is great against multi-enemy fights like Spider or Hydra, while also being quite powerful in PvP.
As with any other Mythic Champion, Galleus Bloodcrest is a great addition to any team in any type of content, so don’t be shy and build him up!
