What is the Token Trader
The Token Trader is part of the Guardian Ring and is a place where you can exchange Life Token, which you get by unbinding duplicate Legendary Champions, for specific Legendary Champions. Each champion in the Token Trader costs a different amount of Life Tokens, but once you claim them, they’re yours forever. Sadly, you can only buy each champion once, but the new update looks to fix that!

Token Trader Update
It has been some time since the Token Trader has been looked at, but it appears like it will be getting a nice update with the upcoming patch. The new update will add two Dynamic Champion Slots to the Token Trader. These Dynamic Champion Slots will feature unique champions and will change every 6 months, constantly swapping the champions you can get. The champions in the Dynamic Champion Slots will cost 3000 Life Tokens regardless of which champions are available in that cycle.
During each cycle, you will only be able to buy the champions in the slots once, and after you buy a champion, that Dynamic Slot will become unavailable until the next rotation. However, unlike the standard slots, where you can only buy the champions once, if a champion you’ve already bought before appears in a Dynamic Slot in another rotation, you will be able to buy them again! These Dynamic Slots will make it easier to get champions and even champion copies. Yes, the cycle period seems a bit long, but it also gives you enough time to save up enough Life Tokens if you do happen to see a champion you like.
The first champions that will appear in the Dynamic Summon Slots are Lanakis the Chosen and Nobel. Both of these are a great addition to your roster, with Lanakis being a good all-around support, while Nobel is used to empower Ninja, so if you’ve gotten Ninja through the free event some time back, now might just be a good opportunity to get a copy of Nobel and make Ninja even more powerful!
