RAID Shadow Legends: Trunda Giltmallet Best Build Guide

Trunda Giltmallet is an old champion in RAID: Shadow Legends, but what makes her stand out is that she’s one of the best champions to use against Hydra, dealing some ridiculous damage to the boss and allowing you to get all of the prizes! That being said, the newest version update to RAID made it so that the Hydra is now tougher than ever to kill, while also hitting Trunda with a series of changes to her whole kit, unfortunately nerfing her A2 quite hard, but even with that nerf, she is still an amazing carry to have against the new Hydra, and one that you might want to consider building using our recommendations below!

Trunda Giltmallet is a Legendary Attack Champion from the Dwarves faction and Magic Affinity. She is a powerful champion and made a name for herself as one of the best, if not the best, champions to use against the Hydra boss before the rework. Trunda got a rework alongside the Hydra, making her a bit more reliable and removing part of the RNG from her kit, but she also got a huge nerf on her A2, which now is not able to crit on its second attack, which is where most of Trunda’s damage came from. Despite this, in her current form and if built correctly, Trunda can ignore up to 100% of the enemy’s DEF with her A2. Although her damage is still slightly lower even with his DEF resist, it is by no means bad, and she is still a good champion to use in fights that require you to fight against multiple enemies, such as the Spider’s Den Dungeon and the Hydra boss.

All in all, Trunda is still a decent champion even after the latest rework and will continue being useful in both PvE and PvP, so if you have her, don’t think twice about building her!

Golden Mallet

• Description:
  • Attacks 1 enemy 2 times. Each hit has a 50% chance of placing a [Stun] debuff for 1 turn.
• Level Effects:
  • Lvl. 2: Damage +5%
  • Lvl. 3: Damage +5%
  • Lvl. 4: Buff/Debuff Chance +10%
  • Lvl. 5: Damage +10%

A2

Cloak of Ages

• Description:
  • Attacks 1 enemy, then attacks all other enemies with a second hit, dealing 60% of the damage inflicted from the first hit and ignoring 50% of the target's DEF. Only the second hit of the skill ignores 50% of the target's DEF. This second hit is always normal.
• Cooldown: 4 Turns
• Level Effects:
  • Lvl. 2: Damage +5%
  • Lvl. 3: Damage +5%
  • Lvl. 4: Damage +10%

Forge Rhythm

• Description:
  • Attacks all enemies. Has a 70% chance of placing a [Stun] debuff for 1 turn. Also places a [HP Burn] debuff for 2 turns. Places an extra hit on enemies not under [Stun] debuffs. Both hits of this skill deal 50% more damage to a [Stone Skin] shield.
• Cooldown: 4 Turns
• Level Effects:
  • Lvl. 2: Damage +10%
  • Lvl. 3: Damage +10%
  • Lvl. 4: Damage +10%

Passive

Swift Justice

• This Champion's ATK increases by 10% for each [Stun] or [HP Burn] debuff this Champion places on enemies (stacks up to 50% per Round). This Champion's SPD increases by 5 for each enemy currently under a [HP Burn] or [Stun] debuff (stacks up to 15). Only counts active [HP Burn] or [Stun] debuffs.

• Increases Magic Ally ATK in All Battles by 36%.

Crushing Rend

• Ignores the enemy defence equal to the enemy champion level. Can only ignore once per round up until rank 6 awakening.
