Remnant 2 New Archetype The Ritualist’s Abilities and Skills

The Ritualist's abilities center around debilitating status effects that increase damage against afflicted targets. By pairing life steal with the damage buff, one can overwhelm enemies through raw, dark power. Below are the abilities of this upcoming Remnant 2 new archetype, The Ritualist:

Ritualist Abilities, Perks, and Skills: 

• Their Vile Prime Perk enhances the impact of status effects, making enemies more susceptible to additional status damage. Additionally, when an enemy affected by Vile is defeated, their harmful status will spread to other nearby foes. 

• Eruption enables the Ritualist to detonate explosions around themselves, damaging clusters of surrounding foes. This ability deals bonus damage if used against enemies already affected by status effects, leading to devastating burst damage on weakened targets.

• For even greater crowds of enemies, Miasma blankets entire areas in a myriad of status effects all at once. This ability rapidly applies bleed, burn, overload, and corrosion effects to swathes of foes, crippling them with stacked debilitations.

• Finally, Deathwish provides the Ritualist immense power in exchange for their vitality and regeneration. When activated, this ability sacrifices the Ritualist's ability to heal to grant massive damage bonuses and life-stealing capabilities. Though risky, Deathwish enables the Ritualist to unleash their full destructive potential.

The Challenger's durability counters the health sacrifice of Deathwish, allowing the Ritualist's full potential to be unleashed.

How to Unlock The New Archetype, The Ritualist in Remnant 2

The Ritualist arrives alongside the Awakened King DLC on November 14th. Players can unlock the class by locating a special item hidden within the DLC's new area. (No exact details have been revealed yet and it is based on speculations, although we will update this page as soon as an official statement is out)
