Fatutu is a 6-star Mineral-Afflatus healer. She relies on her core feature, the [Spirit Shell], to both benefit herself by gaining Moxie while also healing her allies and dispelling negative effects from them. In addition, these [Spirit Shells] can also act as debuffs to enemies, increasing the CRIT DMG and the Additional DMG enemies take. All in all, Fatutu is a great support unit to join the Reverse: 1999 roster.

Notes
Shared Shells, Shared Fate	Bind all allies’ HP together. When any ally is attacked, their DMG Taken is shared by all allies.
Shell Beacon	Whenever Fatutu retrieves a [Spirit Shell] from a target in this status, she applies a [Spirit Shell] to them.
Passive Skill - Shell Necklace
Insight 1	When entering battle, Fatutu gains a number of [Spirit Shells]. When applying [Spirit Shells], Fatutu has a chance to gain Moxie. When retrieving [Spirit Shells], Fatutu restores HP to all allies based on the number of [Spirit Shells] retrieved and her ATK. When an enemy with [Spirit Shells] is defeated, Fatutu retrieves all their [Spirit Shells].
Insight 2	When entering battle, Fatutu’s ATK increases.
Insight 3	When entering battle, Fatutu gains additional [Spirit Shells]. After applying or retrieving a certain number of [Spirit Shells], Fatutu casts [Unmendable Cracks] to the enemy with the most [Spirit Shells].
