Semmelweis Introduction

Semmelweis Name Semmelweis
Rarity 6-star
Afflatus Mineral
Damage Type Reality
Release Date September 19, 2024

Semmelweis is a 6-star character from the Mineral Afflatus that deals Reality damage and helps the team with Crit and DMG buffs.

She buffs the team by draining their HP, but in turn making them stronger with the [Fresh Blood] buff. Semmelweis can also use an Array buff through her Ultimate. This sets up the [Blood Domain] Array, which gives allies bonus damage based on how much HP they have lost.

Due to her team's HP-draining mechanics, Semmelweis must be paired with characters who have a good amount of sustain.

Semmelweis Best Resonance

When it comes to resonance builds, Semmelweis benefits the most from an ATK-based Resonance setup. This will help her deal a bit more damage while helping out your team as a pseudo-sub-dps. Additionally, you can also run her with a crit build for more added DPS. You can find example Resonance 10 builds below!

Semmelweis Best Teams

When it comes to team, Semmelweis works best with strong DPS units that rely on Crit or can manipulate their HP to make the most of Semmelweis’ buffs. Below you can find two such example teams.

This team makes use of Eternity as a main DPS unit thanks to her ability to manipulate her HP and gain the most out of Semmelweis’ buff. Ezra, on the other hand, is there to offer sustain so that both Eternity and Semmelweis can do their thing reliably!

In this team, we focus on Windsong as the main DPS thanks to her constant damage output and reliance on Crit, which pairs well with Semmelweis’ buffs. Vila is here to add that much-needed sustain so that both Windsong and Semmelweis can remain healthy and continue dishing out damage!
