Who is Shamane
Shamane is a 6-star character of the Beast Afflatus. He is a Debuff / Burst Damage dps character that pairs well with other Mental DPS characters such as Centurion.
Shamane is a great all-rounder being able to do a little bit of everything, while at the same time being AP generous if you only decide to use his debuff. Although he needs some Portrays to unlock his full potential, even despite them Shamane does great even at Portray zero.
Here is the best build for him, to bring out his full potential.

Summary
We believe that Shamane is a great addition to the Reverse 1999 support roster. He brings in a lot of utility to other Beast characters such as Centurion and Melania, while also offering decent DPS capability himself.
Shamane does great and is quite versatile allowing you to build many teams around him.
Although he shines even more with his Portrays it is worth noting that they are by no means needed and you can still get more than enough use out of him at Portray zero.
Overall, Shamane is a solid pick if you need a Beast Debuffer / Sub DPS for your account and you will find it hard to go wrong with pulling for him.
