Spathodea Introduction
Spathodea joined Reverse: 1999 in Version 1.5 and is a 6-star character that falls under the Beast Afflatus.
Spathodea is your standard DPS unit that can deal a significant amount of damage, however, to do this damage she needs a bit of build-up
Spathodea gets a great Crit DMG bonus when she has enough stacks of [Preignition]. When at low insight Spathodea may find building these stacks a bit hard, however, but at Insight 3 she can apply stacks quite easily when landing Critical Hits.
As you can imagine Spathodea is quite SP hungry due to her need to constantly get [Preignition] stacks to keep up her Crit DMG buff. However, her damage more than makes up for it, and she is a great unit to have.
Below you can see her full skill breakdown, insights, best Psychubes, and more.

Summary
Overall, Spathodea is a good Beast character that can deal a ton of damage in huge burst-like scenarios.
Although she takes some time until she gets enough [Preignition] stacks to get her massive Crit DMG buff, her damage more than makes up for it, and the more Insights you have on her, the easier you will stack the [Preignition] buff.
Spathodea is a somewhat heavy SP champion, so pairing her with units that do not require a constant supply of SP is a good strategy when building her teams.
