With its release on January 18th, 2024 Version 1.3 of Reverse: 1999 will be bringing in two new Limited Character Banners separed into two phases, and will be giving us a total of 3 new characters to play with and build with the scarce resources that we already have!
These three characters will be available for players to obtain in two phases and here is all you need to know about the banners coming in Version 1.3 of Reverse 1999!

Reverse: 1999 Version 1.3 First Phase Banner
The first phase banner of Version 1.3 will have the following time period:
| Start Date: | January 18, 2024 |
| End Date: | February 8, 2024 |
During this time players will be able to obtain two of the new characters as well as one other 5-star rate-up character:
- Kaalaa Bauna (Black Dwarf)
- Kanjira
- Tennant
Players still have enough time to try and save for them, so if you'd like to get them, set your alarms for January 18 and hop in right as the version maintenance ends!

Reverse: 1999 Version 1.3 Second Phase Banner
The second phase banner of Version 1.3 will feature the 6-star Beast character alongside the two 5-star rate up characters:
- Shamane
- Balloon Party
- Satsuki
His Limited Character Banner will run from:

| End Date: | February 29, 2024 |
It will continue right until the end of Version 1.3 so if you want Shamane to join your team and be one of the best support for Centurion, then maybe waiting and pulling for him might not be such a bad idea!

Summary
Reverse: 1999 Version 1.3 will certainly be an intersting one when it comes to banners and characters. From what we know from the Chinese version of the game, both Black Dwarf and Shamane are said to be interesting characters to pick up.
Black Dwarf is a new dps character that gives herself buffs based on [Plantes] that she has, while Shamane is a great support that both increases Crit Rate and reduces enemies' defense. He is also said to be one of the best supports for Centurion, so if you have her then he might be a character that you'll want to set your eyes on.
Overall Version 1.3 of Reverse: 1999 is sure to bring some intresting characters into the roster and will be a fun addition and expansion of the Reverse: 1999 universe!
