Reverse: 1999 Version 2.1 has finally been announced, and although it will find it hard to reach the hype of the anniversary update that came before it, this update will still add a ton of new content to the game, such as new story, new events, new characters, and most importantly, new banners for us to pull on. Below you can find details for the two new limited-time banners that will be available during the first and second phases of Version 2.1.

Version 2.1 Phase One Banner

The limited-character banner that will be available during the first phase of version 2.1 is known as [Blue Lullaby], and it will feature the new 6-star Spirit character Tuesday. Tuesday is an interesting addition to the game that will take on the role of a Sub DPS that will fit nicely into [Poison] teams thanks to her ability to change the [Poison] effect into Genesis damage. During the Blue Lullaby banner, you will have an increased chance of getting Tuesday while also receiving a boosted drop rate for the new 5-star character Barbara (Spirit). This banner is classified as a [Time-Limited Character Banner], and it shares pity with all previous events of the same type, so if you’ve been building up some pity, then now might be a good time to get some new character. In addition, both Tuesday and Barbara are classified as non-limited characters and will join the permanent character banner after the Version 2.4 update.

Version 2.1 Phase Two Banner

The limited-character banner for phase two is known as [Shooting in the Dark], and it will feature the new 6-star Plant character Argus. Similar to Tuesday, Argus is classified as a Sub DPS character who specializes in single-target damage and debuff application thanks to her [Pinpointed] debuff. Alongside Argus, you will also receive boosted drop rates for the 5-star characters Tennant (Beast) and Satsuki (Plant).
Similar to the phase one banner [Blue Lullaby], [Shooting in the Dark] is classified as a [Time-Limited Character Banner] and shares pity with all other banners of this kind. In addition, Argus is also classified as a non-limited character and will be added to the permanent character banner after the Version 2.4 update to the game.
