Reverse 1999 - Vila Champion Introduction

Vila is a new 6-star character from the Plant Afflatus that will officially join the Reverse: 1999 roster on August 15, 2024, alongside the Version 1.8 update.

Vila is a 6-star character from the Plant Afflatus. She is classified as a support/healer type of character who can provide Critical Rate and Critical DMG bonus for a single ally, with this bonus being stronger when placed on Mental DMG allies.

Her ultimate makes her an even better support and healer, while also restoring Moxie and Eureka. All in all, Vila might just prove to be a serious competition for Tooth Fairy, who has the holding the spot of the best support in the game.

Vila Release Date

Players can get Vila from the Event Banner [Ode to Utopia]. This banner will start after the version 1.8 update on August 15, 2024, and will continue for 14 days.

Beating Heart

• 1-target buff.
• Grants [Song of Generosity] and [Power Burst] to the target.
• The [Rusalka] status changes [Song of Generosity] to [Song of Passion], and only 1 [Song of Generosity] or [Song of Passion] can exist on the allied side at a time.
  • [Song of Generosity]: Critical Rate and Critical DMG increase, with a bonus for Mental DMG characters.
  • [Song of Passion]: Critical Rate and Critical DMG increase, with a bonus for Mental DMG characters. When Attacking, the carrier deals additional DMG based on their DMG type and incantation rank.

Wordless Song

• 1-target heal.
• Recovers a certain amount of HP for an ally and grants 1 stack of [Sturdiness] to that target.
• If in the [Rusalka] status, then additionally recovers a certain amount of HP for the ally with the lowest HP percentage, several times.

Bright Prospect

• Mass buff.
• Dispels all [Stats Down], [Neg Status], and [Control] statuses from all allies, then grants the [Rusalka] status to self, changes the existing [Song of Generosity] to [Song of Passion], and resets its duration.
• Cannot gain Ultimate while in the [Rusalka] status.

Inheritance

Passive Skill: US

• Insight 1: When entering battle, gains initial Moxie plus extra ones based on the number of Mental DMG characters in the team. When in the [Rusalka] status, gains pre-cast incantation [Song of Inspiration] at the start of each round, which provides Moxie and Eureka for a single ally without consuming AP.
• Insight 2: DMG Taken reduces upon entering battle.
• Insight 3: At the end of the round, if having not actively cast an incantation for the round, recovers a certain amount of HP for all allies.
• If in the [Rusalka] status, recovers HP one more time.
  • [Rusalka]: Vila's incantations are enhanced.
