Cantarella is finally out, and we all know what that means. It’s time to open our wallets, or drain what little pull we have left to try and get a copy of Cantarella and maybe even her weapon. Truth be told, if you aren’t pulling for Cantarella’s looks, then you will certainly be pulling for her kit, as she is a truly versatile character and one that can fit into a ton of teams. In this piece, I’ll share my thoughts on the character and whether she’s worth pulling for or not.

Is Cantarella Strong?

Is Cantarella strong, is likely one of the first questions you’ll ask yourself after getting over the period of admiring her massive character design. And the answer to that would be, yes, Cantarella is a powerful unit. Not only does she take on the role of a wonderful healer, but she can also be used as either a main DPS or a sub DPS, thanks to the way her kit works.

Cantarella has a lot of damage baked into her kit, and her healing comes naturally whenever you play her, so you don’t even have to play around it, which just makes Cantarella feel that much better to play. Once you get into the habit of first getting her 5 [Trance] stacks and then building up her 3 [Shiver] stacks to finally unleash her enhanced Resonance Skill, you’ll be putting out a ton of damage while also healing your entire team in the process. While she may seem complicated on paper, just like any other WuWa unit, for that matter, Cantarella is simple to play and get used to. Her damage potential and support capabilities make her a diverse unit that can either take the main part of your team or just sit in the back while supporting your DPS units. She can be slotted with Havoc DPS units, any other DPS unit, or even take the main DPS spot herself. There are a ton of possibilities with Cantarella, and she’s generally a wonderful unit to have on your roster.

Should You Pull?

Now then, I’ve gone on about how much I like Cantarella, but should you pull for her? If you’re looking at this from purely an investment perspective, then I certainly believe that Cantarella is a unit worthy of your pulls. She is a versatile character who covers a lot of positions and can be used on many teams, both now and in the future. Her healing support and high personal damage make her a unit that can do everything, and she happens to be good at doing everything. While her healing might not be as great as that of some other units, it is enough to get the job done and is compensated for by Cantarella’s damage. In addition, Cantarella is mainly a support, and support units generally have way more investment value than your regular DPS unit. For those reasons, I believe that Cantarella is a great unit to pull for in the current state of the game.
