Best Items to Sell

There is no doubt that the best items to sell and the ones that fetch a good price are Commodity Items.

You can find a number of Commodity Items by exploring the sea, plundering, and also going out of your way to fight against enemy ships. Commodity Items are only used for selling so there is no need to think whether you need to keep them or not.

However, there is something that you need to pay attention to and that is not to sell your Commodity Items at a low price. 

When selling Commodity Items at merchants you will either see a green arrow or a red arrow below the item. The green arrow means that you are selling at a good price, while the red arrow means that you are selling at a low price, so try to avoid merchants that will buy your Commodity Items at low prices and search for others.

How to Sell Items in Skull and Bones

The best way to sell items in Skull and Bones is to head on over to Saint-Anne, the game’s commercial hub and the place where you will find the most hustle and bustle. Saint-Anne has a ton of NPCs that will gladly take your Commodity Items off your hands.

Some of the merchants that you can sell your items to while you’re at Saint-Anne are:

• Carpenter
• Blacksmith
• Hawker
• Shipwright
• Commodity Trader

But as we mentioned above, please go through each one of these to find the NPC that will buy your Commodity Items at the highest price.

Items Not to Sell

While the Commodity Items are the best items to sell in Skull and Bones there are also some items that you shouldn’t sell no matter what. The items that we will lay out below are ones that will help with your progression in the game and by selling them you will hinder the progression on your account.

Some of the items that you should be careful not to sell in Skull and Bones are:

• Ship Building Materials
• Furniture
• Ammunition
• Food

All of these items are essential to your progression and it would be bad to mistakenly sell them at a merchant, so be careful when selling items!
