Skull and Bones is Ubisoft's long-awaited take on an open-world pirating adventure with a blend of PvE and PvP challenges to overcome. The official release date for Skull and Bones is set for mid-February, however, players can get their hands on the game much earlier than this by hopping into the Open Beta. Here is everything you need to know about the impending Open Beta for Skull and Bones!
Skull and Bones Open Beta Features:
- All progress players make in the Open Beta will carry over into the official launch of Skull and Bones. This means everything you do in the Skull and Bones beta matters, and the Open Beta is a great way to get a jumpstart on your rival captains!
- You can progress your rank until reaching Tier 6 Rank 1, also known as 'Infamy Brigand.' This is where the Open Beta caps your progress. However, you can continue playing and exploring the high seas even after hitting Infamy Brigand rank, so, keep adventuring until the beta ends on February 11!
- Earn rewards for your exploits during the Open Beta, such as the 'Tarred Sail Pattern' to customize your ship upon reaching Tier 4, or the companion pet, 'Cookie the Lemur', after using a Medium Ship.
