Solo Leveling Episode 3 Summary

Jinwoo, a traumatized survivor of the Double Dungeon, wakes up in a hospital with intact legs. He is greeted by Woo Jinchul and Kang Taeshik of the Korean Hunters Association, who interrogate him about a [second awakening.] 

Jinwoo's sister Sung Jinah visits him in the hospital to express her worries and Jinwoo decides to try out whether his sister can see the System. Upon realizing that the System is only visible to him, Jinwoo asks his sister some questions about the game-like system and then proceeds to read the instructions provided by the System, including a quest that asks him to complete intense workout routines.

During this time a gate randomly appears in the middle of the road and questions of when hunters will arrive to clear it start appearing among the masses.

Meanwhile, Jinwoo is unaware that the limited time of the quest he believed to be a joke has run out. The failure to complete the quest causes an earthquake and Jinwoo finds himself in a desert where he ends up being chased by an enormous centipede. After four hours the punishment in the desert finally ends and Jinwoo returns to the hospital. He is found exhausted by the nurses there the next day.

 Jinwoo wakes up and completes more quests, receiving a key that leads him to the Hapjeong Subway Station for a dungeon.

As he enters the dungeon, he discovers he is trapped in another dimension from the real world. He encounters goblins, but is unable to escape. A wolf magical beast emerges to attack him, and Jinwoo thinks of what to do for now.
