The previous season was huge, featuring some truly iconic moments. One of them was Jinwoo accepting his S-Rank as a Hunter and becoming a necromancer. The introduction of Beru was key in Season 2 as well. Fans had been eagerly waiting for these moments, and the anime delivered them beautifully.

The Finale and What's Next for Solo Leveling

The second season of Solo Leveling ended with its thirteenth episode on March 29, 2025. Jinwoo's victory over the Ant King and his rescue of Hae-in were highlights. It was all filled with emotion, drama, and suspense. Jinwoo decided to stay on Jeju Island to finish off the remaining ants and reached Level 100, reviving the Ant King and creating Beru, his strongest shadow soldier. As you might know, he became a necromancer, allowing him to grow his own personal army of bosses.

With the Jeju Island Raid over, Jinwoo announced his plans to start his own guild, receiving approval from Gunhee. However, his journey took an unexpected turn when a B-Rank Gate transformed into a Red Gate, trapping him inside. We were already aware that this might happen, as his father had already went through this.

New Characters and Future Arcs

The finale introduced three new characters: a powerful Hunter from another country, and two mysterious figures on Jeju Island discussing a conspiracy. Jinwoo's father secretly observed their actions, adding more intrigue. The real question here is, how will Jinwoo make it out of the Red Gate? What will happen to him while he's trapped inside? Will he change his class once again?
