Starfield Fiber Location

Fiber serves as a fundamental resource frequently encountered during your adventures in Starfield. This versatile material plays a vital role in various crafting processes and is readily available across the game's diverse planets.

Bethesda

Fiber, in its essence, is a naturally occurring resource within the game world. Notably, it not only finds application in crafting recipes but also features prominently in many quests.

Fiber is so abundant that virtually any vendor in the game will likely have it in stock for purchase. In the rare instance when it's not available, a straightforward solution is at hand – locate a bed and rest for a day or two to reset the vendor's inventory.

In the early stages of the game, two excellent places to procure Fiber are the UC Distribution Center and Jemison Mercantile stores in New Atlantis. However, any vendor within the game can serve your needs. When you buy Fiber, it will typically cost you 4 Credits per unit.

If you prefer to conserve your hard-earned Credits, you're in luck. Fiber can be gathered from various plants and flora scattered throughout the game world. Venture into the wilderness and activate your Scanner to identify plants containing Fiber. Approach these plants and interact with them to harvest Fiber. Keep in mind that each interaction yields only one unit of Fiber, so accumulating a substantial amount may require some time.

For a specific Fiber-rich location, consider exploring the area around Paradiso, situated in the Porrima system on Porrima II. You'll easily encounter plants containing Fiber for your collection.
