This mission will give you a task to investigate Bar 99 and it will reveal the chest's passcode: 1228.
However, please remember that the request cannot be accepted until after completing the "Light of Hope" main story mission first, which involves returning the second Hyper Cell to the Presence Chamber.
How to Open the Bar 99 Chest
Once the "Legion's Secret Stash" request is active, you need to travel back to Eidos 7 using Adam's Tetrapod ship. Upon reaching Bar 99, you should navigate through the ruined bar and defeat any enemies you encounter.
