Even though there has been so much controversy surrounding Stellar Blade lately, we have yet to have the review embargo lifted. The action game by South Korean developers Shift Up is one of the most anticipated releases of 2024. While Stellar Blade was once set to appear on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S, Shift Up later announced that the game going to be a PlayStation exclusive.
The release date is now around the corner and gamers can’t wait to see what the reviews will say about the sci-fi adventure. On April 26, we will all be able to see for ourselves but when can we take a look at the reviews? Steller Blade already has so many eyes on it with it being one of the most pre-ordered games on the PlayStation Store.

When Will Stellar Blade’s Review Embargo End?
We expect to see the review embargo end for Stellar Blade only 2 days before Shift Up releases the game. We will be able to take a look at the reviews on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 12 PM CET.
Most modern games end their review embargo a week before their release date but for some reason, Shift Up has chosen to leave it until the last 2 days. Some gamers have expressed confusion at this, unsure if it is a good thing. Maybe it is the developers' way to get people talking about Stellar Blade just before April 26.

How Many People Played the Demo of Stellar Blade?
Until then we will have to settle for playing the demo while we wait to hear what people think of the whole game. Nearly 700,000 gamers tried out the demo for Stellar Blade in one day, which is a massive amount of interest in a new game.
From everything we have already seen about Stellar Blade, most people are already sure that people will have good things to say. Despite this, some gamers worry that with all the controversy around the main character, critics will be more concerned about the attractiveness of Eve than the game itself.
We know the soundtrack and graphics are already blowing people away. We will have to see what the reviews say about the story and the parts of Stellar Blade that we have yet to see. As soon as the reviews drop, we will be able to see if we want to join those pre-ordering the game or not.
