Here is every Mario-specific weapon in the game and where to find them:

Name Stats/Effect Location
Hammer +10 Attack Damage Obtained by defeating the Hammer Bros near the start of the game.
Koopa Shell +20 Attack Damage Obtained by completing the Midas River challenge. Can also be bought for 20 coins from the Seaside Town Shop.
Punch Glove +30 Attack Damage Can be purchased for 20 coins from the Moleville Shop. 
Super Hammer +40 Attack Damage Can be purchased for 70 coins from various shops. Some of these shops include the ones in Marrymore or the Sunken Ship.
Masher +50 Attack Damage Obtained by opening a chest in the Booster Tower zone.
Troopa Shell +50 Attack Damage Can be purchased for 90 coins from the shop at Seaside Town.
Mega Glove +60 Attack Damage Can be purchased for 102 coins from the shop in Nimbus Land.
Ultra Hammer +70 Attack Damage Obtained by opening a chest in the Factory zone.
Lazy Shell +90 Attack Damage Can be obtained after defeating Valentina and giving the Seed and Fertilizer to the gardener in Rose Town. A giant beanstalk will grow and you can climb it to obtain the item.
Lucky Hammer A lucky flower appears whenever you do a timed hit. Can be purchased for 123 coins from the shop at Seaside Town.

Chain Chomp +10 Attack Damage Can be purchased for 60 coins from various shops. Some of these shops include the ones in Marrymore or the Seaside Town.
Chomp +10 Attack Damage Obtained by solving the Painting Puzzle in Booster Tower.
Hurley Gloves +20 Attack Damage Can be purchased for 92 coins from various shops. Some of these shops include the ones in the Sunken Ship or Seaside Town.
Spiked Link +30 Attack Damage Can be purchased for 94 coins from the Monstro Town Shop. 
Drill Claw +40 Attack Damage Can be obtained by beating the six doors challenge in Bowser's Keep.
Wonder Chomp +67 Attack Damage Can be obtained by beating the upgraded version of Punchinello, after beating the game.
