The Primetime Emmy Awards are back with their 76th edition of celebrating the best of American prime TV programming for the past year. The accolades were given on September 16, 2024, at 3:00 AM GMT+3 and certain shows even set records for most nominations per category!

With several surprising turns of events, the Primetime Emmy Awards have crowned their best picks for TV series and films released between June 1, 2023, and May 31, 2024. 

Shogun absolutely dominated this year's Emmy Awards with a whopping 18 awards, of which 3 are for drama series, lead actor, and lead actress. Though The Bear broke the record for the most nominated comedy TV series with 11 nominations, Hacks won the accolade in the category. Baby Reindeer also had a big night, winning limited series, best writing, and lead actor.
