The First Descendant Canceling Landing Animation
There is nothing better than landing from a high area and walking away with zero damage received. This is done by shooting a weapon right before landing on your feet, and it saves your character from getting stunned or staggered.
I'm probably not the first one to find out about this, but the landing animation is cancellable by shooting right before hitting the ground.

It turns out that not a lot of people are aware of this hidden mechanic, and everyone is excited to try jumping from high areas without getting hurt. Additionally, characters like Bunny, who are famous for their incredible speed, will now become even faster without the stun effect that usually occurs after falling from a high edge.

The First Descendant Movement Mechanics
Many fans claimed to have found even more ways to avoid damage after a risky jump, such as hitting a double jump right before landing or simply triggering any other animation on your character. Others mentioned that there is also a mechanic that lets you cancel the reload of a weapon.
Basically, when you reload any gun, if you wait for the last 1/5 of the loading bar, you can immediately end the reload by doing any action. You can also always aim and reload while aiming, and it will end sooner.
