In The Talos Principle 2, there's a lot to see, but if you're looking to move around faster, this guide will show you how to zip between areas.

How To Fast Travel in The Talos Principle 2

To move quickly, use the Capsule found at the start of each zone. Remember, not every place can be reached quickly right away.

When Fast Travel Unlocks on the Mysterious Island

Fast travel becomes an option after you reach the first puzzle area, the Grasslands Ring. Once you use the Capsule, you can move between the Grasslands Ring and the area with the Megastructure.

As you play, more zones will open up for fast travel:

• The Mysterious Island has four parts: east, north, south, and west. Each has three zones.
• Some areas, like the eastern ones, unlock as you solve puzzles and explore the Grasslands Ring tower.
• In other places, like the south, all three zones are open once you get to that part of the game.

It's best to visit zones in order because the puzzles get harder gradually. If you skip ahead, you might miss learning something important.

Limits to Fast Travel

There are some limits, though:

• You can't hop between the four main parts of the island without finishing all the puzzles and going into the tower in each area.
• You can go back to the Megastructure, but only at certain times in the story.
• New Jerusalem isn't available for fast travel at the start, but the story will take you there later.
