Tower of Fantasy is an MMORPG gacha game in which you collect various Simulacra, which you can then use in battle.
Simulacra are characters in the world that come with their weapon, so when you pull for a Simulacrum in Tower of Fantasy you are both pulling for the character's skin and their weapon.
You can either choose to use the character's skin and weapon, or you can simply choose to use the Simulacrum's weapon and keep the character you have created through the Character Creation system.

In our Tower of Fantasy Tier List, we will be ranking the game's numerous Simulacra into various tiers starting from C and going all the way up to S. Below is the full explanation of each tier:

| C | C Tier Simulacra offer even less usability than the B Tiers. They are low on damage and do not offer a lot of utility. |
| B | B Tier Simulacra have fallen in terms of both DPS potential and utility and have better counterparts in the higher tiers. |
| A | A Tier Simulacra are slightly lacking behind the S Tiers, but are also able to dish out a ton of damage if you build a good team of three weapons. |
| S | The best Simulacra in the current meta. These can help you clear any content with ease and are both strong and versatile. |
