Following the events of the first episode, a chain of chilling discoveries out in the snow links back to the vanishing of a group of research station workers and the murder of a Native woman that happened years ago. The second chapter of Night Country continues to dig deeper into not only the connection between all the cases but also the connection between all the characters and how deeply their histories can be traced back.

What to Expect from True Detective Season 4, Episode 3?

Night Country’s first 2 parts weave the webs of each and every character together, showing how all of them are intertwined by a shared past. The lead characters, detective Danvers and detective Navarro, have many reservations and frustrations towards each other, but the connection between their cases, discovered in episode 2, forces them to work together once again.
