Netflix has shown a little sneak peek at The Umbrella Academy season 4 in their newly released compilation video containing all the new stuff coming out on the streaming platform this year. The quick montage shows Five and Viktor clapping as the entire Hargreeves family plus Lila raises glasses in a toast, suggesting they will reunite. Check the video below:

While an exact premiere date has not been set yet for Umbrella Academy season 4, the previous seasons arrived in June and July on Netflix, so fans can likely expect the new episodes in the first half of 2024 based on past release patterns.

There will be a difference in the episode count this season. In a shift from the 10-episode previous seasons, season 4 will only have 6 episodes. Showrunner Steve Blackman said the shorter chapter will allow for a "fitting end" to the four-year run.

The mid-credits scene hints at the return of the original Ben, creating potential conflicts with the current Sparrow Academy's Ben. Luther is on a quest to find the missing Sloane, a Sparrow. Despite starting apart, the siblings will reunite, and another apocalyptic threat is expected.
